I literally have been there every day lately trying desperately to burn as many calories as I can and it still doesn't make me feel any better. I also went shopping for clothes last week which also made me feel like crap. Everything just makes me feel down about my body, I hate it.
Today's calories:
336.
In other words too much.
So yet again I shall go up the gym when I can and burn off as many as possible.
I'm not even making much progress, I don't understand it as I exercise so much.
I need some help from someone or a bit of understanding but there is no one...
