I want to start writing one on here as well as in my book.
1 Cracker- 34 calories
Half a pot of organic tomato & basil soup- 134 calories
2 pieces of white bread ( no butter)- 180 calories
Total calories for today=348 calories.
I only wanted one piece of bread but my mum always gives me more than i want and i really need to get some brown bread in the house it's so much more healthier. I haven't done so bad today though.

don't you just hate when someone is making you eat and especially more then you want too... just letting you know I get that alot with my mum too... :(
