Abs

My stomach is annoying me so much at the moment. I do countless amounts of crunches and different exercises everyday to flatten my stomach and tone my abs but for some unknown reason it isn't working very well, it used to be very affective.

Has anyone got any good stomach exercises they would like to share? It's really getting to me.

make sure you do enough to work your iliopsoas otherwise you get a belly from strengthening your abs out of proportion
