This has made my day! 3lbs might not seem a lot but to me it is because it means that i am in the 7stone range instead of the 8 stone range which has been one of my goals for a long time. Only 10 more lbs till i am at my goal, i might set myself a different goal but i am not sure yet it depends how i feel as my weight decreases but this has made me so happy.
I just have to make sure i don't put it back on now. It has made me more determined though as i know i can do this so i will get what i want if i keep trying.
Starve on girls :).
